How to Become a Member
Anyone in the Niagara Region living with mental illness is welcome to apply
for membership. Becoming a member is simple and easy.
Call the Mental Health
and Addictions Access Line at 1-866-550-5205 and let them know you would like to
be a member of the Oak Centre or Lake House.
Once your referral is received we will contact you
to schedule a tour and application for membership.
